Yoga & CBD For Improved Mobility with Laura (this will be chair yoga so there’s no need to bring a mat). We will be supplying CBD topical to rub on your aches and pains so that you’ll get the most out of the yoga session. Beginners and more experienced yogis welcome!
First session: 11:30am – 11:50am
Second session: 1pm – 1:20pm
